Here are a few extracts from the many letters people have written to us after we have handled funerals for them, expressing their appreciation of our work. We call these “letters from friends” because that is what they really are. As funeral directors, we meet people often at one of the worst moments in their lives, and we have the opportunity to support them and help them through a difficult time. In the process, we become friends.
