SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF |
| EMBALMING Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. |

FUNERAL SERVICE Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of the funeral, staff to attend the funeral ceremony, direction of pallbearers, groups or organizations in attendance, setup and use of facilities for funeral service to ensure the funeral ceremony reflects the requests that are to be carried out. |

MEMORIAL SERVICE Our services include coordinating the memorial service, supervision of the memorial service, staff to attend memorial service, direction of groups or organizations in attendance and setup and use of facilities for memorial service to ensure the memorial service reflects the requests that are to be carried out. |

OF REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME This service includes pick-up of remains, transportation of remains to cemetery and basic services of staff. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies. |

BURIAL The service for immediate burial includes removal of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, prior to burial. | DIRECT
CREMATION The service for a direct cremation includes removal of remains, local transportation to crematory, necessary authorizations and basic services of the staff. This charge does not include the crematory fee or the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, prior to the cremation. All persons cremated are required to be placed in a container to encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). Direct cremation with fiberboard container. Direct cremation with casket selected by client (in addition to cost of casket). |

TO SCIENCE The service for a donation to science includes removal of remains, local transportation to scientific laboratory, necessary authorizations and basic services of the staff. |
