The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to you. You may choose only the items you desire. Any funeral arrangements you select will include our basic services and overhead.

BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR & STAFF
The basic services of funeral director and staff include, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; an arrangement conference with family and responsible parties; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notice; shelter of remains and coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g., cemetery, crematory, vault companies and others as required. Also included are overhead expenses relative to our facilities such as professional licensing, legal and accounting fees, insurance, building and utility expenses, parking lot and grounds, maintenance, taxes, equipment, furnishings, inventory costs, record keeping, secretarial and administrative expenses.

EMBALMING
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of the funeral, staff to attend the funeral ceremony, direction of pallbearers, groups or organizations in attendance, setup and use of facilities for funeral service to ensure the funeral ceremony reflects the requests that are to be carried out.
MEMORIAL SERVICE
Our services include coordinating the memorial service, supervision of the memorial service, staff to attend memorial service, direction of groups or organizations in attendance and setup and use of facilities for memorial service to ensure the memorial service reflects the requests that are to be carried out.
USE OF STAFF AND EQUIPMENT (Conducted at another facility)

Our services will include local transportation of encased remains, a visitation setup, placement of encased remains and supervision and attendance during the visitation.

MEMORIAL SERVICE
Our services include coordinating the memorial service, supervision of the memorial service and additional staff necessary to conduct memorial service at other facility.
GRAVESIDE OR INTERMENT CHAPEL SERVICE
Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangement at graveside or interment chapel, supervision of the graveside or interment chapel service and equipment and staff necessary to conduct the graveside or interment chapel service.
TRANSFER OF REMAINS TO FUNERAL HOME

FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME
This service includes removal of remains, basic services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations and local transportation to airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the body.
RECEIVING OF REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME
This service includes pick-up of remains, transportation of remains to cemetery and basic services of staff. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies.
IMMEDIATE BURIAL
The service for immediate burial includes removal of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, necessary authorizations and basic services of staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, prior to burial.

DIRECT CREMATION
The service for a direct cremation includes removal of remains,
local transportation to crematory, necessary authorizations and
basic services of the staff. This charge does not include the crematory fee or the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, prior to the cremation.
All persons cremated are required to be placed in a container to encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering).

DONATION TO SCIENCE
The service for a donation to science includes removal of remains, local transportation to scientific laboratory, necessary authorizations and basic services of the staff.
SHELTER OF REMAINS (days other than normal service days)
ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS
Clergy offering, organist, soloist, newspaper notices, cemetery opening and closing, cremation, flowers, monument lettering, monument and other items which may be selected to aid in a more personal and meaningful ceremony.
